Iyengar Yoga for beginners a 5 week course with Dina Karim

The course will introduce all the postures that can safely be practised by beginners with the emphasis on learning standing and seated postures, followed by forward and lateral extensions, and including shoulder stand and relaxation.
You will learn precision and subtlety in your asana practice; first the shape is studied, then details are gradually incorporated to make the posture more correct. Physical and mental health is built up slowly but positively.
This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently investigate the different styles of yoga.
Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mats. Please contact us if you need to purchase one.
